A Space for What is Still Becoming

Soulful Creations is the home for my work as an author.  My debut novel, currently in progress, will be published independently of this site when complete. 

I write fiction that explores the unseen forces shaping relationships, identity, and choice. My work lives at the intersection of interior life and lived consequence—where what goes unspoken matters as much as what is revealed.

I write under the name Sabrina Pearl Matheny.

A pearl is formed through time, pressure, and irritation—shaped not despite difficulty, but because of it. That process mirrors the stories I write: lives refined through unseen forces and the slow transformation of what was once uncomfortable into something luminous.

The name honors both my lineage and the nature of the work itself—stories shaped by experience, patience, and consequence.
